Spicy finished her Championship on June 19, 2011 under Judge Joyce Vanek.
Never to do anything in a small way, Spicy was also awarded Best Bred By Exhibitor and then won a Group 1 in the Bred By Working group.
We are so proud of Spicy for this lovely finish because some time ago we thought she'd never be comfortable in the show ring again. At the Waukesha shows last summer, Spicy was scared by a trash truck that came to empty the big bins behind our ring. For months I could barely get her into a ring without her trying to bolt and spinning to look behind her. Thanks to a great Rally instructor and lots of patience, Spicy regained her confidence and again has that "look at me" attitude.
We are planning to breed her in the Spring of 2012.

On the day she finished her championship, Spicy won her last point and went on to be awarded Best Bred By, Group 1 in the Working Bred By Group and showed well in the Best Bred By in Show ring. This was taken in the BIS ring where she was having fun.

Spicy's photo below was taken at Fond du Lac where she earned a 4 point major under Judge Rita Biddle.
She currently needs a single point to finish her championship, having already earned two 5 point majors and a 4 point major.

At the Waukesha Kennel Club shows (Wisconsin) our 15 month old girl Spicy (ThunderKloud's Can't Keep A Secret) hit the ring with all four paws. At the Wisconsin Club Specialty on Friday July 24 Spicy took 1st place in the 12-18 month class of 8 bitches. Spicy went on to be awarded Best Senior in Sweeps. She then won her Bred By Class at the Specialty. On Saturday July 25 at the Waukesha Show under Judge David Haddock . Spicy was WB for a 5 point major. On Sunday July 26 at the Waukesha show under Judge Christy Smith, . Spicy was RWB to the 5 point major .

Just a couple of nice pictures taken in their favorite time of year: WINTER!!

Spicy will be busy growing and getting ready for the ring. In the mean time, she’s enjoying just being a girl.

We hadn’t planned to keep a girl from Scandal’s litter, but this little one just demanded to stay. She had attitude from the minute she was born and she makes sure you know that she’s around. We took her and her brother to a good sized fun match at 12 weeks of age. She took the ring bystorm and insisted on winning Best of Breed, the Puppy Working Group and Best in Show Puppy.
